TNT’s Animal Kingdom activation brought Cody Beach to Texas for SXSW 2017. Guests could experience a Surf Simulator, beer garden, a sneaker bar, and live graffiti wall as well as grub and cocktails for all!. What set this event apart was a rigorous sustainability program seamlessly integrated into the production workflow. 

That program, GreenGlue, developed in-house at productionglue and supported by partner Civic Entertainment and client TNT helped the event meet its sustainability goals and keep as much material as possible out of the waste stream. 

We partnered with local resources Austin Creative Reuse and the Austin Materials Marketplace to identify recipients for donations from the production and succeeded in finding a home for 100% of the furniture and decor elements from the event.

The result? A killer activation for TNT, resources for Austin non-profits and less waste for the planet. That’s a win, win, win, win.
