HYPEBEAST, the leading online destination for men’s contemporary fashion and streetwear, wanted to host the ultimate HYPEFEST. A place where the best brands, the most coveted footwear, and renowned artists could meet up for an off-the-hook shopping experience.

Working with Something Special Studios, we brought high-end streetwear centerstage for the inaugural HYPEFEST. A two-day cultural event where covetable clothing, art, objects, and music were all showcased to a passionate fanbase. HYPEBEAST devotees poured into the Brooklyn Navy Yard for an immersive experience that left sold-out shelves. A-list celebrities like Travis Scott hung out with Pikachu, while Jonah Hill and Gucci Mane posed for pics and greeted fans. Legendary graffiti artists Futura2000 and Stash were on-hand for intimate live-art performances. Sneakerheads stocked up on gear and made it personal inside labs and customization booths.

Over 10,000 free tickets were distributed for this event, all evaporating in under three minutes. Musical performances by Sheck Wes, Benji B., and Trippie Redd had eager fans mobbing the stage.

Thousands flocked to the Fest, with hype reaching epic proportions. It was a smash hit with the media too, with feature-length articles recounting the experience in publications such as GQ, WWD, VOX, NYTimes, The Guardian, and FADER. From conceptual art to an MCM-wrapped luxury yacht, HYPEBEAST HYPEFEST truly lived up to its name.
