Greenhouse Software was able to connect with global talent makers during the pandemic through a virtual Greenhouse Open Conference. Now, they were looking for a triumphant return to live in-person experiences, layering in a hybrid component, that would allow them to engage audiences near and far. We challenged ourselves to think out-of-the-box to design an environmentally friendly brandscape that would offer up innovative immersive experiences, and workshops to help hiring experts to unlock their greatest potential.

Passionate leaders flocked to the Jacob Javits Center to join the conversation shaping the future of talent acquisition. This 2-day conference offered panels, case study sessions, and interactive workshops with practical tips and advice, as well as hands-on experiences surrounding the most important talent topics. What better way to reconnect with industry collogues than a party? Following day 1’s session, guests headed to the Javits Center’s new urban rooftop farm for a perfect park experience, that included street performers and musicians, photo booth photo ops, live portraits, and breathtaking views.

Keynote presentations were paired with dynamic content to ensure a spectacular viewing experience, allowing speakers to shine from centerstage.

Guests could explore a sponsorship village to learn more about partners, chill out in the lounge and forge new friendships.

Our production magic was applied to every aspect of this experience from concept to execution, designing an innovative Greenhouse Open Conference designed to engage both virtual and live in-person audiences.

Greenhouse Open Conference 2022 was a celebration for the ages. This hybrid activation allowed Greenhouse to reach a global audience, a big win for talent makers helping them hire for what’s next.
