Greenhouse wanted to ensure that their 2019 OPEN Conference, celebrating leading talent makers, was as environmentally friendly as it was informative and engaging. They were looking for solutions that would minimize impact and maximize efficiency while adhering to brand aesthetics and quality.

We helped them design 2-day experience at the Jacob Javits Center that not only offered panels, case study sessions and interactive workshops practical tips and advice, as well as hands-on experience surrounding key talent topics but did so in the greenest possible way. This year was bigger and better than ever with 11 additional sessions while incorporating an additional 15 speakers into the programming compared to 2018. Not only that, it occupied a much larger footprint approximately 5x the previous year. To make this a truly memorable experience, we transformed over 100,000 square feet of the Javits Center into a lush and inviting space that would foster sharing, networking, and collaboration.

Our team produced over 120 large scale graphics that covered over 3,800 square feet of space to make a powerful statement upon entry. Atmospheric lighting and projected foliage set the tone. There were illuminated shadowboxes making bold transitions that were combined with over 326 plants to create a verdant environment for attendees. This immersive experience included a Talent Makers podcast booth, dedicated lounges, a sponsor’s village as well as an interactive photo booth to capture special moments.
