Over 750 passionate and talented leaders gathered together at Pier 60 in NYC to join the conversation about shaping the future of talent acquisition. There were panel presentations to help attract, select, develop and retain quality candidates as well as forums about how to combat unconscious bias. 

Featured speakers from Visa, Warby Parker, Fortune Magazine and Soul Cycle shared their perspective on industry trends, referrals and how to build a winning hiring culture. There were plenty of action-oriented workshops where attendees learned to devise clear strategies and tactics for implementation. Guests were able to network over breakfast and lunch as well as connect during the closing awards ceremony. The Greenhouse Open 2018 was designed to be an interactive learning experience that would engage audiences and spark new conversations around diversity and inclusion hiring practices.

HIGHLIGHTS
