Greenhouse is a company that produces a software suite built to aid talent acquisition teams hire more effectively. They were looking to create a conference that would put hiring front and center, be interactive and engaging, provide immersive experiences, and help attendees gain new skills. 

Over 750 passionate and talented leaders gathered together at Pier 60 in NYC, to join the conversation about shaping the future of talent acquisition. There were panel presentations on how to attract, select, develop, and retain quality candidates, as well as forums on how to combat unconscious bias. Featured speakers from Visa, Warby Parker, Fortune Magazine, and SoulCycle shared their perspectives on industry trends, referrals, and how to build a winning hiring culture. There were plenty of action-oriented workshops where attendees learned to devise clear strategies and tactics for implementation. Guests were able to network over breakfast and lunch and connect at the closing awards ceremony.

 

We rolled out the red carpet to welcome attendees for the Greenhouse OPEN Conference 2018. It was a veritable success that engaged audiences, sparked conversations around diversity and inclusion hiring practices, and celebrated new talent. In fact, Greenhouse opted to expand the conference for the following year, doubling their capacity and bringing in even more immersive activities.
