She’s based in Ohio and has been traveling the gluniverse, producing events with us since 2015. Now a full-time employee, Margot ensures that the project team sticks to schedule and adhere to budget, managing a multitude of pieces to ensure a flawless experience for all. She not only manages project teams, she manages a family with two boys, a husband, a cat, and a dog. She is a devout eater and can be found in her kitchen (aka Momofuku Margot) recreating recipes by David Chang. Margot, once a competitive horseback rider, loves the thrill of a hurdle and the sight of a blue ribbon. She defines her ideal role model as a cross between Michelle Obama, Lorelai Gilmore, and Martha Stewart.
