Business Development Coordinator
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, this individual will support the day-to-day needs of the Business Development department through proactive communication, organization, and research. Often the first point of contact with new potential clients, this individual will support the team in achieving revenue goals and targets as well as help drive growth through potential new business leads, calls, and sourcing opportunities.
Production Coordinator (Contract) | NYC
The Production Coordinator manages much of the logistical aspects of our events. The PC works with the team’s Production Managers, Technical Directors, and Producers to make sure pre-production, production, and post-production run smoothly at all times. The Production Coordinator will work with vendors, crew, and the client to ensure the overall success of the job.
Assistant Technical Director (Contract) | NYC
The Assistant Technical Director (ATD) collaborates with the production team to support & advance the technical components of glue projects. The ATD is highly proficient at drafting in Vectorworks, working with scenic shops to oversee builds, and leading onsite crews. The ATD has a strong understanding of scenic fabrication & other production elements, including – scenery, rigging, lighting, audio, video, and 3D design.
Technical Director (Contract) | NYC
The Technical Director (TD) leads the technical production team, manages client relationships, and oversees the planning & execution of events from a technical perspective. This individual provides excellent customer service, understanding the importance of forging relationships with clients & production partners alike to successfully spearhead a project from beginning to end. The TD is ultimately responsible for the “how & why” of all technical operations, including – scenic, staging, audio, video, lighting, rigging, labor, and 3D design.
Producer (Contract) | NYC
Our Producers love “big picture” planning & overall project organization. This individual enjoys being the liaison between client & internal teams to bring a project to life, on time, on budget, and in accordance with glue’s standards. They oversee all aspects from the initial phase of creative conception, all the way through onsite execution. And of course, loves all things about the live event experience!
