With a philosophy firmly rooted in the principle that the human connection is central to any meaningful live experience, Tom has been a true creative facilitator for 20+ years. He is also the driving force behind glue’s commitment to discovering and applying the latest digital breakthroughs to enhance brand engagement. Tom’s command of design, strategy and technology has fueled glue’s culture of creating with curiosity, fearlessness, and purpose — a unique combination that’s earned productionglue a reputation for advancing possible.
An accomplished technical supervisor and staging producer (he has the Emmys to prove it), Tom’s vast list of credits run the gamut of live experiences, including Frieze New York art fair (Guinness World Records winner for largest temporary stage), NBC’s Education Nation in Rockefeller Center; the unveiling of the Virgin Galactic SpaceShipTwo in the Mojave Desert; two global Broadway theatre tours and plenty of Nike consumer activations and product launches.
Tom holds a degree from Yale School of Drama, where he often guest lectures. When not running the show at glue, and when his kids let him, Tom occasionally sleeps (we think) and dreams of fly-fishing.Tom Bussey
